BIRDHILL INVESTMENTS is a privately owned Zimbabwean electro - mechanical services and contracting company that imports and distributes quality engineering spares. It has a sister company, BIRDHILL ELECTRICIDADE I.E registered in Mozambique. Our strength lies in the highly competence of our technical team, who are of different engineering background exposure and are being led by our highly qualified and experienced Projects Manager. He has successfully completed within set targets very big projects that include amongst them, Zimbabwe electricity prepaid meter installation, separation of semi -detached houses looped power supply to accommodate individual prepaid meters. LT lines maintenance and connection of new clients to the power utility network, 11kv and 33k transmission lines
and substation maintenance. The works included removal of copper conductors and replacing them with aluminium conductors. Construction of thirteen 315kva, 11/0.4kv substations, 11kv and MV lines for a new suburb. The team’s ability to meet set targets and good workmanship, coupled with our world renowned suppliers and our capacity to provide a large selection of products within a short lead time and competitive prices makes us a suitable business partner who can meet our clients demands where there is need to bring projects to a successful completion.
BIRDHILL has installed and commissioned a number of plants including agricultural processing plants, Tombwe Processors Zambia and Mozambique Leaf Tobacco LTDA, a subsidiary of Universal Leaf. The MLT plant machinery is highly automated and the company has a five star NOSA rating of which Birdhill technicians adhered to the high standard of workmanship, occupational, health and safety requirements successfullv.
